Iyengar Yoga Center Encinitas invites you to get on your mat, in person, with an experienced Iyengar yoga teacher.‍ ‍
Iyengar Yoga is a system of yoga rooted in the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. Iyengar yoga teachers earn certifications after years of personal practice, rigorous study, mentorship with senior teachers, and teaching a variety of students. With an emphasis on teaching to the students in the room and using yoga props to support the body in achieving the benefits of a pose, Iyengar yoga is a welcoming place for people of all ages and physical abilities. When you’re ready to start, connect with Iyengar Yoga Center Encinitas to discuss your yoga goals and the best class for you.
